A Japanese weekend offers a good insight into much of what makes the country in the Far East so fascinating for us: Japanese garden design, preparation of typical Japanese dishes, the world-famous Japanese tea ceremony, a centuries-old Japanese meditation or planting a Japanese garden with the typical bonsai trees. Nippon is rich and these experiences are best enjoyed in a suitable environment. Although there are still only a few Zen monasteries in Germany, the right ambience rounds off an insight into the land of the rising sun.
