Kripalu Yoga Retreats

This form of yoga combines elements from hatha yoga and has one goal: to get the prana, the life energy, flowing again and to be able to take this flow into daily life. Classic asanas (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation exercises are used to achieve this. With Kripalu Yoga, a stay at a vacation destination can become an experience that can be continued in a pleasant way at home. In order to set the prana in motion, self-acceptance and compassion for the self are triggered by the corresponding exercises. Observe without judgment.
